My partner and I were referred by a mutual business associate to Ms. Donna Costa. She proved to be a dedicated, committed, and professional broker throughout the entire process. Our transition process was interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, and even though we were weeks away from closing when the State of PA closed us down, she stayed vigilant, connected, and encouraging to all involved parties. We had timely communications via phone and email. She was always realistic and encouraging, in addition to being a genuinely nice person to deal with. She was generous with her time, and made many trips to our office whenever she could be of assistance. She never gave us the impression that we were burdening her, or that any request was "too much" even though things did get complicated by the pandemic. It almost felt that she had to do twice as much negotiating because of the delays. Never did that seem to be a bother to her. She saw us through to a successful practice transition and made sure that all parties were happy. No question left unanswered, no stone unturned to ensure that the deal would go through. We both remain greatly appreciative of her good nature, and mostly, the quality and professionalism of her actions on our behalf.
