The overall process was stressful to me having never gone through anything like this, a transition, but Alisa made things go smoothly thus eliminating much of the stress. She would always return calls, texts at any time on short notice relieving some of the stress. She was great. I initially contacted Henry Schein for a practice valuation and I soon realized there was more to selling a practice than I imagined, even when I already had a buyer. I worked with Greg for a full year. We began with a practice valuation. The number was larger than I had assumed. He then explained the likely time line and difficulty getting someone to Vermont. Greg's advice was spot on as we reduced the possible candidates. He had previous experience with the eventual buyer. This helped me feel comfortable going with this group.
