Although there were not many candidates, in general, looking at my practice, Gina Miller was communicative and positive throughout our search, subsequent preparation and sale. It was accompanied by difficulties with landlord response, vacation timing and potential medical issues on the part of both buyer and seller. Gina was on top of all of these issues as the closing date required changing. She fortunately presented the perfect buyer for my practice and persevered through the challenges, never losing her positive attitude and her competent handling of the overall process.
