I am a dual trained, dual board certified Pediatric Dentist and Orthodontist. I have been in private practice for 30 years. I had been approached multiple times over the years by different types of buyers and frankly, I was apprehensive about the prospect of transitioning my practice. I had no idea how the process worked. I decided to hire Alisa as the agent to broker the negotiations. I have to say it is the best decision I made! She was instrumental in negotiating a deal that was extremely favorable and that met all of the requirements and conditions that I had expressed I wanted when transitioning! It was comforting to know that I had someone in my corner advocating for the things that mattered to me. She was prompt and diligent and extremely thorough. She knew how to negotiate and present arguments on my behalf without me having to miss any clinic time to deal with the process. I was able to continued serving my patients uninterrupted while the entire process developed.
