Restorative practice operating out of approximately 2,100 square feet and six (6) operatories, two (2) of which are dedicated to hygiene with the ability to add one (1) more in a plumbed but not equipped space. Utilizing digital x-rays throughout the practice, as well as, a digital panorex, the office offers clinical services three (3) days per week and is open four (4). The roughly 1,400 patients seen over the last eighteen (18) months are a mix of FFS and PPO and average new patient flow is roughly ten (10) per month. There is ample room for growth in the patient base as-is, but further, in adding specialty procedures as nearly all are referred to area specialists. The Seller may be available for post-closing transition services, if desired.
