This is a long established, strong, primarily FFS (one in-network PPO), three (3) operatory practice well located to commercial, residential and busy thoroughfares. The office is open four (4) days per week and is technologically updated with digital radiography in all operatories, a CT scan and two (2) OPM1 Pico Zeiss microscopes (with attached camera and video). Nitrous is also plumbed throughout the space and is in use. Seeing, on average, ten (10) patients per day, generally evenly split between evaluations and treatment, patient flow and collections have been consistent, if not growing, with nearly no marketing or time cultivating referral relationships in the greater area. At present 2020 is on pace for previous full year's collections, even without considering COVID downtime. The Seller is willing to provide transition related services to aid in keeping the current referral sources. With the continued growth in the area, new relationships should also be readily available in to the future.
