Dan was founder and CEO of Cornerstone Dental Solutions, a dental specific IT company, and COO of Carr Healthcare Realty, as it grew to over 100 brokers across the nation. Dan has presented throughout the country at over 85 national and local conferences and has personally worked with over 1,700 dental offices throughout the country.

Greg has been around dentistry his entire life. The son of a successful dentist, Greg grew up seeing, firsthand, how a quality practice operates. Greg earned a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Central Florida and an MBA with focus on service operations and general management in addition to a secondary in brand marketing/management from Wake Forest University. He has since shared and utilized a broad and varied set skills and experiences in consulting with and transitioning practicing, retiring and future owner dentists. As a former associate, purchaser, partner owner, and seller of a thriving business, Greg brings with him a unique and relevant perspective to transitions. In addition to his primary work with dentists in Florida, Greg has appraised and/or transitioned thousands of practices throughout the country and has been a speaker at a number of dental schools, study groups, and local, regional and state societies in Florida and throughout the country. Greg has also served on faculty of the Henry Schein Dental Business Institute and presented each year at Henry Schein’s Thrive Live event on behalf of the Henry Schein Dental Practice Transitions Team. Leveraging a data first process for valuations and pragmatic approach to transitions, Greg has helped practitioners for nearly twenty years build and grow their practice (and associated value) up to and after transition.
Originally from Bellevue, Washington where his father owned and operated a dental practice in Seattle, Greg currently resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife and three girls. Greg’s spare time is spent with his young ladies at dance performances and competitions, at Disney Parks and on Disney Cruises, and in the pool, constructing Legos or reading.

Dr. Tom Snyder is a former Department Chair at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, Dr. Snyder is currently a member of the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. He also serves on the editorial boards of several national publications and is a regular contributor to Dental Economics. He is a nationally recognized speaker, author, and consultant who has been advising dentists for over 30 years in dental practice strategic planning, practice valuations, and dental partnership formation. Dr. Snyder received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Dental Medicine and his MBA from The Wharton School, Graduate Division, at the University of Pennsylvania.
