Frank previously spent more than 11 years with Henry Schein, holding multiple leadership and sales roles. As Director of Henry Schein Practice Services, he helped build and lead one of the largest operational service portfolios in dentistry, partnering with practices nationwide to improve performance and scalability.
He began his career as an expanded function dental assistant, providing him with a rare, ground-up perspective of clinical workflows and team dynamics. This firsthand experience allows Frank to uniquely bridge the gap between business strategy and clinical execution, helping doctors align their teams, systems, and long-term transition goals for sustainable success.
