I can't say enough good things about the Andersons and the handling of my practice transition. Eileen Anderson has an accounting background, which was extremely helpful, and Bob Anderson has over 30 years in the dental industry. They worked very well together and were extremely efficient. They were also sensitive to the qualities I wanted in a buyer. My wife and I had considered the possibility of trying to do the transition ourselves. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! Especially if you are still practicing! They find the buyers, vet them, show them the practice, and advise you about them. There are reams of documents that need to be produced to satisfy a buyer's accountant. Eileen was able to walk me through any document that needed to be produced. Eileen was also able to help with the organization and production of documents for closing, which saved me a lot in attorney's fees. They take a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Eileen and Bob's help was well worth the fee!

We were under a bit of a time crunch to complete the deal by the end of 2018, and she kept us on schedule, making sure that we focused on the right requirements to keep us moving, and coordinating the involvement of legal assistance as necessary.

In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Eileen Anderson of Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions for her ability to facilitate a transition. She is great at what she does, and though I am not likely to need her services in the future, if I did I would look no further.
