Brandi Park

I bring over 20 years of experience in the dental industry, combining clinical insight with project management expertise. I began my career as a dental assistant in 2005 and earned my Dental Hygiene degree from Tennessee State University in 2012. Through my clinical work, I developed a deep appreciation for patient care and the trusted relationships that define successful dental practices.

After transitioning out of the operatory, I stepped into a project management role, where I led complex initiatives and coordinated multiple stakeholders from planning through execution. This experience strengthened my ability to manage details, align teams, and guide processes smoothly—skills that directly support successful practice transitions.

As a Practice Transitions Consultant, I believe effective transitions go beyond timelines and paperwork. I prioritize clear communication, thoughtful organization, and genuine care for the people involved. I strive to serve as a trusted, hands-on partner who helps doctors move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
