My practice went on the market around Memorial Day, at the height of the pandemic. Adding to the difficulty, my landlord raised the rent and it was an obstacle in the sale. Dr. Auerbach had to put in a tremendous amount of time and effort to close this deal. It was hardly worth his time. He was very professional and I am very grateful.
