Hello, my name is Troy Jones and I have 18 years of experience in the dental industry. I have held positions of Field Sales Consultant, Business Development Specialist and Regional Sales Manager for Henry Schein Dental. Prior to Henry Schein Dental, I was responsible for new business development, client relationship management, and operations for the Dental, Veterinary, and Optical real estate divisions of MedCore Partners. Prior to MedCore, I worked as an Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager for another dental supply company for nearly 15 years. I had the opportunity to develop several new territories and new markets which eventually allowed me to take on a leadership role where I was responsible for coaching and mentoring new Account Managers. This experience allowed me to routinely visit several hundred dental clients across different states where I quickly became passionate about the business side of dentistry and dedicated to partnering and helping the Field Sales Consultant and clientele succeed. My heart and passion has always been where I can be a valuable resource and where our clients can directly benefit from the services that we provide.
I graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Marketing and Finance). While at Evansville, I enjoyed a successful basketball career and played in the Division I NCAA tournament. In 2010, it was an honor to be selected to the illustrious Indiana Basketball Hall Of Fame “Silver Anniversary Team”. I am happily married for the last 21 years and blessed with three amazing children. When not serving my associates and clients, I enjoy spending time with family, coaching my children, working out, reading, traveling, watching and playing most sports especially golf and of course basketball.
