James has worked in the dental industry for the last 23 years, all with Henry Schein. He has experience in dental practice start-ups, consultative sales and team management. In James’ current role, he helps dentists transition their practices to new owners to achieve their personal and professional goals, while at the same time recognizing the importance of the relationships they’ve established with their patients and team members. Beyond selling practices and transition consulting, James will work with dentist throughout their careers aiding with practice valuations, transition planning, buying practices, partnership assistance, associateships and other aspects of their career lifecycle.
